More than 30 years working with people, entrepreneurship and development

For more than 30 years, my career has centred on people, entrepreneurship and development. I have built organisations, developed commercial teams and relationships, worked internationally and experienced first-hand what growth, change and responsibility mean.

Over time, I discovered that my greatest satisfaction does not come only from achieving commercial results, but especially from helping people move forward. Through personal relationships and guiding people and athletes, I became increasingly involved in questions about careers, choices, development and the balance between ambition and personal well-being.

Even after formal roles or collaborations ended, many of those relationships continued. People asked for advice, used me as a sounding board or sought guidance for their next step. This strengthened my belief that experience is not something to keep to yourself.
